driver will also need to provide an official English translation, by a notary, of their driving

be pleased to confirm if an international licence or official translation will be required.
You do not need an International Driving Permit to drive in Cyprus if you are visiting up to
30 days. Visitors who plan to stay longer than 30 days will need a 1949 IDP. If the driver
holds a paper driving licence or a driving licence from Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of
Man, you may need a 1949 IDP for any length of visit.
Minimum licence requirements
All drivers must have held their licences for at least 1 year from date of pick-up.
If any drivers are ages between 21 and 24 years old, they must have held their licences
for at least 3 years from the date of pick-up.
If a licence does not show the driver has held it for the minimum period, then they must
provide evidence, such as:
• previous driving licences; or

The Certification form is valid until the expiry date of the Driver's Licence. BOTH the Certification and the original licence MUST be produced at the time of rental.
If you hold a Driver's Licence issued in Vietnam, you need to present the original licence together with an authorised translation issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport. If both documents are presented at time of rental these licences are acceptable worldwide.
